The Association is led for the 2026–2027 term by an Executive Committee of five plastic surgeons:
- Dr. Ahmed Al Asfoor, President
- Dr. Nadia Matar, Vice President
- Dr. Ali Mohamed F. Al Hawaj, Secretary
- Dr. Fadi Al Tawash, Treasurer
- Dr. Ahmed Al Haddad, Board Member
The Committee reviews membership applications, sets the education programme, and represents the specialty to the Bahrain Medical Society, the National Health Regulatory Authority and the regional plastic surgery societies.
